Schwifty's QOL

- Picking up the Big Tent will now give you the Big Tent instead of regular tent
- Added Schwifty's Harpoon. Used to fire Schwifty's Chain Bolas.
- Added Schwifty's Torpor Chain Bolas for use with Schwifty's Harpoon. Can detain creatures up to 1.1k Drag Weight and deals 750 Torpor total over 15 seconds while entrapped.
- Schwifty's Shovel now works with Schwifty's Plant Pots. Plants are properly stored in the pots when picked up.
- Made collisions more flexible. Can place plant pots closer to each other and they can be placed on the walls and ceilings upside down. (Wall placement is still a bit weird and requires touching up)
- Added Schwifty's Big Tent. Doesn't decay from weather and has more health and also has two torches on it that provides light. Doesn't require silk to make.
- Reduced weight of Torpor Chain Bolas to 5 (down from 20)
- Moved Big Tent to the correct Folder
- Torpor Chain Bolas will now deal Torpor damage as originally intended.
- Added Auto Tranq Turret
