Allows Cryopods and Cryofridges to be crafted at Sanctuary City Terminals.
This doesn't edit the terminal structure or the cryopods so removing the mod will just remove the recipie nothing else. All city terminals should have the recipie including the ones in the wasteland and domes but if you find one which doesn't please leave a comment and let me know.
