-Added a new Wyvern, the Runic Halo Wyvern! It's passively tamed with meat, seeds, and mushrooms (Rare or Aberration ones) at player level 15! Once tamed, it's a smol shoulder pet Wyvern that functions like the light pets from Aberration! They can be bred, and will not suffocate, so you can take them underwater for a light! They also provide the player with a little bit better cold protection for less heat protection, but with a slightly larger insulation radius. It also poops Runic Essence, like the Ghost Wyvern! Feeding it a Runic Chromatic Crystal will permanently evolve it into a larger, ride-able version! Happy Pride! <3

-THE GRAB HAS BEEN FIXED! YOU CAN NOW PICK UP DINOS WITH RUNIC CRYSTAL WYVERNS! The Crystals have a bigger wingspan than the Elemental Runics' & the Crystals weren't doing anything special with their barrel roll, so I opted to replace it with the utility of the grab to go along with their theme of being team based support Wyvern
-Crystal Wyvern have had their wing material overhauled. They they will be a lot more efficient memory wise & they will now work correctly as displays on pedestals, and dino ball stands. The Shiny! mod 'Colossal & Pygmy' prefixes will also now work properly on them! And since the new material is more efficient now, that's allowed me to re-enable the glitter stone effect I had planned for them originally!
-Fixed Runic Crystal Wyvern's harvest damage type
-Fixed Runic Sapphire's Deluge (healing ability) not working consistantly. It should also heal a lot more Health, & faster
-Cleaned up the textures for the Runic Sapphire's Deluge Ability
-Added the Liopleurodon water breathing buff toe the Runic Sapphire Wyvern
-Made the Runic Sapphire Wyvern immune to being on fire
-Fixed the Runic Ruby's healing ability not doing much. Hitting many dinos at a time with the breath will also help
-Re-tuned many of the colors & emissives to look better during both day & night due to the updated lighting system in the newer engine. I tried to keep the colors as CLOSE to the original as possible
-Added a HUD Element to all the Elemental Runic Wyvern to track the cooldown on their ranged attacks better
-Runic Ghost Wyvern Boss Changes:
    -Changed the description on the Runic Ghost Wyvern Soul item/blueprint to be more clear on how to use it
    -Marked it's summon item with a warning that *it is a boss, it's hard*
    -Slightly reduced base health
    -Slightly reduced the amount of health it gets per level
    -Slightly reduced the amount of damage it gets per level
    -Heavily reduced it's health recovery & changed it so it can't START to recover health as long as it's being hit every 10seconds. If you have to abandon the fight/area, or die, this should give you a little time before it starts to recover & it won't recover nearly as fast anymore
-Runic Ghost Wyvern Tamed Changes:
    -Replaced it's Barrel Roll with the fixed Grab. It already slows enemies with the ground attack & it's larger than the other Wyverns so it makes more sense to let it carry dinos
    -Increased the radius of the melee swing for the Haunting Roar attack (crouch when on the ground) Slowing dinos from a distance should be easier & more consistant
    -Changed the Haunting Roar sound to be a bit more animal & *little* less spooky, and added a randomizer so it's not always the same
    -Increased both the explosion & direct damage of Witherball (Exp: 22->35, Direct: 30->40)
    -Widened the explosion radius on Witherball so it better matches it's graphical size (300->400)
-Changed name of Runic Ghost Essence to just Runic Essence
-Gave Runic Essence a custom drop mesh & material override (..It's rainbow poop. I appologize for nothing.)
-Increased spawn rate of Runic Spark Wyverns on the 'Grasslands' container, hopefully this will increase it's chances to spawn on some maps where it's overly rare, such as The Island & Astreos
-Fixed Runic Venom Wyvern Ranged projectile not functioning properly when on the ground
-Slightly Increased Runic Venom Wyvern's projectile hit radius (60->80)
-Slightly Increased Runic Venom Wyvern's projectile explosion radius (500->650)
-Slightly Increased Runic Venom Wyvern's projectile's client side collision radius (30->60)
-Fixed Runic Spark Wyvern's Lightning not properly slowing dinos & players. It will not dismount, but it will prevent you from riding a mount while active
-Increased Runic Spark Wyverns' Lightning Beam damage to be on par with Vanilla Lightning Wyvern
-Increased Runic Spark Wyverns' Lightning Beam stamina cost slightly
-Increased the cooldown on the Spark Wyverns' Lightning Beam by 2sec so it's less spam-able
-Changed the Runic Glacial Wyvern's Frostbreath & barrel roll slowing debuffs to stack, slowly freezing targets when used in combination
-Added a little Health damage to the Runic Glacial Wyverns' Frostbreath to bring it's damage up. Also freezing to death should hurt.. sooo
-Disabled Dossier pop-up for all Runic Wyvern (I had planned to make a custom one but I realized how many players, including myself, hate this pop up so I just removed it)
-Changed the description on the colored Runic Crystals (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Chromatic) to be more clear about how to use them/which Wyvern to feed them to
-Reduced the Character level needed to learn the Runic Crystal engrams (40-> 30)
