Update singleton to include Laelaps saddles/BP’s in Pirateship flotsam, Gather/Retrieve Missions, and HLNA Store Crates.

Extra odds for saddles/BP's are also added to the specific missions, "A Long Game: Pollen" and “Hide and Sink”

Added built in cross-breeding between normals and aberrants; the offspring you get from breeding is dependent on what variant the mother is.

Add vanilla-laelaps spawns to appear in Bog and Ocean Isles
