Resource Gatherers

- Changed how dedicated storage boxes are detected, should work with more mods now
- Changed how gatherers send to dedicated storage, they now use a "buffer" that holds the items in "the ether" until a dedicated storage box gets rendered in, then all items from the buffer are sent at once.
   - You will notice that, as a result of the buffer, when sending to dedicated storage is enabled there will be no items added to the gatherer, this is normal, the buffer is an internal value that the user currently cannot see
   - If a user disables sending to dedicated storage, all items currently in the buffer (up to max items) are readded to the inventory and the buffer is cleared
