Adds the Oxalaia to the game!
They spawn on Beaches and are neutral. Can have wild babies.
How to tame: Knockout tame. Uses Regular kibble.
They only have a swipe attack (40 damage).
In general, they have lower stats than a Spino. They are also smaller than a Spino.
Summon command: summon oxalaiaRF_character_BP
