Random Configs

More stuff for MigraineProtection. Please keep in mind that this *is* experimental at this time, but it should cover a lot of the game in a clean way.
- Additional MigraineProtection support:
  - Rare Mushroom buff
  - Beer buff
  - Dilo venom
  - Shasta flashbang
  - Various stuns, including but not limited to microraptor, purlovia, and deinotherium.
  - Scorched Earth's heatstroke and heatwave.
  - Aberration's spores, gas vein bursts, radiation sickness, and sunlight exposure.
  - Various volcanic areas, such as Scorched earth's wyvern trench.
  - Various liquids throughout the official maps.
    - Due to a lack of source files in the devkit, I have used a copy of The Center's water for Astraeos, and Extinction's wasteland water for Lost Colony's red water in the caldera.
- Fixed the Get Post Process Material infotool not correctly handling you removing a post process volume.
