Update After much hair-pulling; Discovered the ptero_bp remapping does not happen for existing wild-dinos. Had to nuke the wild dino population and let them respawn for the new resource to be harvestable from ptero. Neat...
Update Added Tapejara and Quetz Gliders; crafted similarly using wing fragments harvested from the dinos. These gliders provide a tiered weight reduction buff.
