Prevent Thrall Reapers

This mod is detecting higher Multiplier on Reapers and will recalculate it.

If a player is trying to get a higher multiplier on reaper, it will get reacalculated to the normal or max allowed playerlevel set per Ini.

Example: Thrall has max Multiplier of 1.4 but the Character is only Level 50 and should get 0.6 the Multiplier is recalculated and edited at runtime. The MaxPlayerLevel declare the absolute max allowed Playerlevel and calculated Multiplier (1.18 for Level 195)
