Added to custom sorting logic to try and account for vanilla sorting quirk where resources are stuck being assinged to a full inventory.

For example, if a storage box asks for 500 stone and contians 400 but has no more slots left the bot will simply hold onto this 100 items left and the hope is it will use it the next time its moving stone. What ends up happening if it doesn't get another stone sorting task is it will hold onto that 100 stone forever. This is less obvious usally but because items don't end up in the bot's inventory its more apparant here.

To mitigate this these items assigned to full contains are now reassigned to other inventories requesting that item. As always testing and feedback on this is apreciated.

Also improved stack size calculation logic to speed up dedi -> dedi transfers.
