Paleo ARK Evolution is a series of mod packs aimed to bring the game's dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures released from 2015-2017 back into the spotlight, overhauled with new models, animations, and QoL features and abilities of a professional quality!
Pack 2 - Dangerous Depths
Pack 2 of the Evolution series features TLCs (We call them "EVO" versions internally, but in game they'll just be referred to as their species names) Mosasaurus. These TLCs will replace all wild spawns of vanilla mosas (Including Alphas) and and current tamed vanilla mosas will have an option in their radial wheel menus to convert them to our TLC version (For mosas on a server/singleplayer that were tamed prior to installing this mod, please cryopod then release them to get the option to convert!)
Features and Specifics
In this pack, our Mosasaurus is currently a knockout tame only, with a more advanced and fun taming method coming in the future as a configurable option. Additionally, our mosasaurus' "Oceanic Apex" buff that makes smaller ocean creatures leave it alone will also be applied to Shastasaurus and Tusoteuthis. Upon installation the vanilla mosasaur saddle engrams will be overwritten to our saddles for our EVO Mosasaurus. Manual conversion is required for already crafted mosa saddles! This also applies to vanilla mosa saddles found in supply drops!
