Element And Tribute Transfers [Open Source]

Adds player-inventory craftable engrams for non-transferrable items. They get changed into a transferrable substitute that can then be used on the target map to get back the original item(s).

There will be no entries for the Lost Colony boss trophies, since they already are transferable.
