Custom Cosmetic: Novabeast

- Added Tier's custom collar.
- Made several changes to Tier's Novabeast as per request.
- Tier's Goggle glasses are darker again
- Tier's Eyes should have emissions now
- Tier's hair has gradient from dark to bright
- Tier's ear tuffs are black like the secondary color
- Tier's back has black stripe going all the way from tail to neck
- Re-rendered all icons.
- Fixed Tier's goggle icon.
- Added textures and materials for Macawnivore Novabeast in preperation for upcoming commission.
