Adds a event map for my server. Not recommended to use unless you don't care for random changes to mess up your world.
This was more of a test project to learn the map maker.
Map Name Maybe is NocturnaEventMap_WP.
Current bugs (version 3) (version 4 currently uploading and should fix): obelisk pad texture is wrong underwater effect is slightly above water, will sound underwater when your not, such as when on the small islands
