Move Tool

- added controller support
- added keybinds for the interface:
  - "R" switches between movement/rotation mode
  - "G" switches between local/global movement/rotation mode
  - "Space Bar" is equal to the "Apply" button
  - "Ctrl + C" is equal to the "Copy" button
  - "Ctrl + V" is equal to the "Paste" button
- make it possible to directly enter position/rotation/scale values
- added button to store the current interface values as the default (stored on
  the server and preserved between sessions)
- added buttons to copy and paste the current interface values (separate storage
  slot from the default, stored on the server and preserved between sessions)
- slightly improved internal snapping logic
- added interface tooltips to all buttons
- revised the button style
- added an "AllowScale" option in the "[MoveTool]" section in
  "GameUserSettings.ini" to toggle access to the scale slider. This is set to
  "True" by default.
- revised UI background style
- changed move tool model to different (temporary) one
- fixed the first person animation of the move tool
