Changed the spwn rates from 0.005 to 0.2 for normal craetures, 0.1 for rarer creatures (event and Wyverns ect), 0.05 (5%) for titans and 0.02 (2%) for king titan.
Changed entry weight for the wyverns from 0.3 to 0.5 and the entry weight for the titans from 0.1 to 0.5.
