Loot Picker Upper ASA

- fix for single player effect not always applying
- fix for range issues when on dinos vs on foot due to weirdness of sizing differences between single player and multi (changed from a multiplier for the range to a number of foundations)
- added ability to toggle on/off range detection in the G menu (still testing this one due to different behavior between game and devkit, but it should be working, and only display for you and no other players)
- added ability to recolor the pickup range bubble to whatever you want.
