If claimed damage is disabled if:
1) Attack is different tribe(or a wild dino) AND DisablePlayerChecks is true
2) Attack is a different tribe(or a wild dino) AND Claimed dino is conscious AND the attack is considered a torpor attack.
Wild dinos will always be able to damage claimed dinos
