Lily's Tweaker

Changelog:

- Fixed a bug preventing the UI from being opened
- Adjusted the way the suggested commands menu handles gamepad input upon opening
- Suggested commands will no longer open itself if the player is not yet valid (I'm hopeful this will prevent the ui from coming up and being non-interactable)
