Raft Tweaks

When riding raft press F1 to bring up Menu to change speed/acceleration
3 Multipliers to Choose from (Change Speed and/or Acceleration)
Custom levels available from 1x - 5x (Range of allowed changes)
Use mouse scroll wheel for zoom level (Able to zoom in/out camera on raft)
First person camera no longer available (May change in the future) (Custom zoom seems to have broke first person view on raft)
Raft settings only persist during the session, each time you start the game settings will be set back to default (Speed and Acceleration settings don't persist between session yet)

Add new zoom options for console
Would like to add persistent settings between sessions for each raft
Add different defaults for different style rafts
Sloop, Brig, Galleon with different sizes, speed, etc (Raft setting changes, no visual changes)

Construction Bench

Bench for building structures (Allow all structures to be built from one crafting bench)
