KJ's Ark [Cross-Platform]

Release 36:
-Added KJ versions of all Tek structures.
-Added more delay options for doors.
-Updated the health of all KJ Adobe structures to match the Wood tier.
-Fixed an issue that prevented oil and sparkpowder from being placed in the preserving bin.
-Fixed an issue that allowed multiple items into the preserving bin and refrigerator that shouldn't be allowed.
-Fixed a bug that would sometime try to place a vanilla stone roof instead of the KJ version.
-Fixed a bug that wouldn't consume the KJ Stone Ramp item when placing a KJ Shallow Stone Ramp.
-Fixed a bug that mis-labeled the KJ Stone Triangle Ceiling.
-Fixed a bug that prevented placing KJ Metal Triangle Foundations. This removes the old placement system for it. Placed items should still work.
-Removed old placement system for KJ Wood, Stone, and Metal Triangle Ceilings, fixing a bug that would sometimes not let you place those ceilings.
-Removed depreciated foundations.
