Removed basic locking to prevent auto re-locking each restart. (Can still be pin locked)

Increased kibble cost per tier:

Basic Kibble = 30 raw metal
Simple Kibble = 40 raw metal
Regular Kibble = 50 raw metal
Superior Kibble = 60 raw metal
Exceptional Kibble = 70 raw metal
Extraordinary Kibble = 80 raw metal

(These kibble costs won't change anytime soon, so please don't ask)

Craft time reduced from .5 to .2 seconds.
