KBD Ascended: Valyrian Reins

Improving your flying creatures, just a little bit, using these magical reins. Valyrian Reins can be equipped to any vanilla flyer as either a costume or a saddle skin, improving Stamina, Speed, and gifting other benefits.

Lowered Desmodus base carry increase from 2.5 to 1.5
Fixed Griffins passenger seat option not appearing when equipped with Reins
Fixed Diving flyers with mounted weaponry enabled losing that ability after diving
Fixed Pelagornis not gaining increased Stamina
Fixed Phoenix not gaining Saddle slot when initially spawned.
Tentative fix for Phoenix/Wyvern unequip/re-equip bug causing stamina decrease***

* Dreadmare is untested in live game as I do not own the DLC
** Reins can be added to the Hatz costume slot only.
*** This is tentative as I am completely unable to replicate this bug. I don't think I can prevent the unequiping/re-equipping, so this should at least keep the same stamina when it re-equips. I think. Possibly.
