Invasive Tek Species [Crossplay]

Changed loot quality for all alpha tiers (Easy - 2-4, Medium - 3-5, Hard - 4-6, Legendary - 5-7, Mythic - 6-8),
Removed all saddles from the tek alpha drops, so they only drop from the specified "good saddles" array other than tek giga which has tek saddles; should reduce many duplicates of the same saddle that was originally in the OSD drops (like managarmr),
Added metal hatchet and pickaxe to easy and medium tier,
Removed wood bow from easy tier since it is junk basically
