Invasive Tek Species [Crossplay]

- Full compatiblity with Paleo ARK; spawns in Tek Tyrannosaur instead of Tek Rex if installed... when PALEO has Tek Giga and Tek Mosa this mod will be changed over to spawn those in and the modded tek mosa will be called "Legacy"
- All Alpha Tek creatures now spawn at a 1% chance -> 5% chance to be tek and 20% chance after rolling TeK to be an alpha
- All Alpha Tek creatures are treated as "mini bosses" and have their creature's base health multiplied by 50 and their base damage multiplied by 10 for their starting lvl 1 stats. for example this means that an alpha tek raptor has 10K health and 150 damage to start
- Each Alpha Tek dino has a drop inventory mimicking Extinction OSDs: Yellow, Trike & Raptor; Red, Rex; Purple, Mosa. When the Giga comes in it will also be a purple osd. Quetzal will be red. Stego will be yellow. And parasaur will be easy (aka blue drop).
- When an alpha tek creature spawns, you get a message at the top of the screen like the roaming king titan
- Currently does not show location on the map but considering it for the future; alternatively may make it so it plays the lunar biome music from gen1 so it can at least be easier to locate
