-turned down alpha huskywolf spawn rate a bit so it is more in line with other alphas
-adjusted alpha huskywolf loot drop, because I done goofed and made it drop too many items lol
-Fixed the name/description of the Alpha Huskywolf skin, because I forgot to do that
