GENERAL FIXES
- Temporarily disabled Control Rigs to alleviate crashing. The terrain alignment, the throat jiggle, and the beak offset while carrying a corpse will stop working for the time being but hey as long as it stops the crashing
- Removed rotational acceleration that was causing stutter while riding
- Decreased cloning costs
- Fixed equipment tag (for Valyrian Reins compatibility/fixes)

TAMING CHANGES
- In an attempt to fix the weird inconsistent bug where Hatzegopteryx will refuse to enter the exhausted state for specific random players (?????), the mechanics have been slightly altered. Rather than directly tracking damage taken, Hatzegopteryx will heal to full upon being challenged and its exhausted state will be entered if it takes damage that brings it to or below 50% HP.
- While exhausted, the Hatzegopteryx will also heal 35% of its health over 20 seconds.
- Hatzegopteryx cannot be re-exhausted for 10 seconds after its exhaustion ends.
