Harbinger's Stacks

- Removed the transferable element and element shard engrams.
- Element and Element Shard can now be transferred between maps without needing to convert them. This includes Red Element and Red Element Shard.
-- Note that you must own Lost Colony in order to transfer Red Element and Red Element Shard between servers.
- Fixed the issue where several engrams were not available such as:
-- Narcotics
-- Stimulant
-- Absorbent Substrate
- Squid Oil is now stackable.

**Bob Tall Tales**
- Extinguisher Grenade now stacks to 50.
- Explosive Spear now stacks to 100.

**Extinction**
- Tek Gravity Grenade now stacks to 50.
- Cannon Shell now stacks to 10.
- Rocket Pod now stacks to 10.

**Lost Colony**
- Holo-Decoy Grenade now stacks to 50.
- Sanguine Elixir now stacks to 100

**Genesis and Genesis 2:**
Added the following stackable resources that were in the devkit in anticipation of its release this Summer:
- Ambergris
- Mutagel
- Mutagen

- Lost Island DLC (Unreleased in ASA)

Added the following resource from Lost Island to be stackable in anticipation of its release in the future:
- Amargasaur Spike

Crystal Isles DLC (Unreleased in ASA)
- Added Primal Crystal to stack to 1000.
