This Mod Aims To Add Reusable Items To The Game. No More Breaking Spears

Every Item Has Its Own Engram list of engrams can be found on the spreadsheet

Items This Mod Adds

Reusable Blood Extractor (Has a 1 Sec Cooldown Instead Of the 5 Sec)
Reusable Bola (Has ini settings for the max drag weight it can capture, the capture time and if its reusable or not. Default Settings are Reusable=true, Dragweight=149, and Reusable=true)
Reusable Boomerang (never breaks on impact)
Reusable Electrical Prod (starts with 2 Durability instead of 1 and the Durability Scales with Quality)
Reusable Gas Mask (Dosent loose Durability When Worn but still takes Damage From Attacks)
Reusable Scuba Tank (Dosent loose Durability When Worn but still takes Damage From Attacks)
Reusable Grapling Bow (Dosent requier Ammo and dosent use Durability)
Reusable Parachute (Dosent Break When released so you can upen it again)
Reusable Spear (Dosent randomly Break and dosent consume the Spear when thrown)
Reusable Tent (Dosent loose Durability from the envirorment but still takes damage from attacks)
Reusable Whip (Dosent use Durability but can still get higher damage values)
