Glyph Transformations (Console Ready) (Shapeshifting) (Play as Dino)

Glyph Trasnformations is the Shapeshifting mod used on the Glyph RP server. The Mod allows you the player to play as a creature. Fight Bosses as a Dino, RP as a Druid or other shapeshifter while retaining a fair balance towards the game.

-Added a check for the "?CrossARKAllowForeignDinoDownloads" server setting. If this is set to FALSE, the Mod will check if the dino is allowed on the map. (It uses the Cryopod Logic for this, so if the Cryopod says no, the shifting mod will say no)
