Gamma Nights

- fixed not entirely correct condition for night time checks in or and and branches
- the toggle activation hotkey will now execute the tick function directly, not with an intial delay
- the debug toggle notificator will now distinguish clearly between on and off
- the mod defaults to initially off now, so you have to activate it manually once
- added server side clean up for wrongly connected authority branch on setting up the instigator(which i need for the hotkeys and which was probably the root cause of the issue)
- the buff is now client exclusive and does not replicate...i have no idea what this is causing aside keeping the mod functional for remote only, because the recommended way actually was to use replication on and use the buff server side
- removed the EndPlay event for no longer needed
