- Fixed CurseForge login so I can push updates to mods by connecting my email address with Twitch

- Nerfed DoT flame effect by 1/3, so max health damage per second is 0.02. Makes it so flame arrows are not OP when fighting other players with high health (previously a character with 800 health was taking almost 100 damage per second, now its a lot less)
