Allows conversion between different creature variants.
Adds converter engrams learnable at lv100. These items, when used on a dino, change it into its respective variant.
Currently supported mods:
No Untameables (All Aberrant, X, and R variants)
Planned mod support:
Paleo Ark (Tek variants added in the future)
