Explosive Arrow

- small typo fix in description
- the explosive arrow will now force Purlovia out of their "burrie" if you fire the arrow at them. the sphere of hit detection is about the size of the Purlovias burial heap, so you want  to aim somewhat accurate
- major improvement for virtually all aspects of visual quality. this includes model, texture, icon, particle effects etc. see new screenshots for reference
