Eternal Chaos

FIXED:
Fixed the Ultimate healing elixir name
Fixed a bug with the eternal chaos mortar and pestle not allowing you to craft modded narcotics
Destroyer thorny dragon now drops a destroyer heart and a destroyer narcotic once killed
Fixed Unstable Monkey stats
Fixed wild eclipse meteor fire hitting the player while mounted
Fixed the mystic rex power VFX (power up beam should be straight instead of sideways)
Fixed alpha otters not being tameable with alpha kibble (otter does still show that you need to drag a fish to it but it wont work you have to knock it out and feed it alpha kibble to tame it)

CHANGES:
Lowered the minimum wild destroyer dino level (scales with server max level)
Apex equus saddle is now craftable in the eternal chaos workbench
Chaos Shards are now obtained as a kill reward when you kill a chaos dino and is no longer harvestable
Lowered the range of which youll receive Eclipse dino kill rewards (was 21000 now 10000)
Lowered the range of which youll receive Void dino kill rewards (was 21000 now 10000)
Lowered the range of which youll receive Chaos dino kill rewards (was 21000 now 10000)
removed the chaos core from the engram list (will be added back in the future when it has a use)
All Destroyer dinos no longer take knockback
All Unstable dinos no longer take knockback
Changed Chaos rock elemental colors
Changed all healing elixir cooldowns
Buffed Alpha, Apex, Mystic, Eclipse, Void, and Chaos tranq darts by 200% (this buff should balance tranq darts out so using a primitive longneck is a viable option tested on level 150 wild dinos)
Buffed Destroyer tranq dart by 600%

ADDED:
Added chaos rock golem spawns (Piggybacking off of vanilla rock golems and Bigfoots)
Added chaos dragon (Piggybacking off of argents and spinos)
