FIXES:
Fixed Absolute Chaos smoke VFX
Fixed apex dodo eye glow
Fixed an issue where some augmented shoulder pets gave the wrong buff type

CHANGES:
Eternal chaos mortar and pestle can now craft all eternal chaos narcotics (eternal chaos workbench still has the ability to craft them as well)
Added all modded tapejaras to the spawn blocker list (this is to prevent massive tapejara over spawns on some maps)
Raised the amount of unstable creatures that can be on the map at once
Raised the amount of Anti-Matter creatures that can be on the map at once
Raised the amount of Dark-Matter creatures that can be on the map at once
Buffed all destroyer variants
Debuffed wild mystic giga health
Debuffed all modded giga and carcha variants after tame
Changed the amount of damage per tick the chaos lightning attack does
Void kibble now unlocks at level 75 (was unlocked at level 100)
Chaos kibble now unlocks at level 90 (was unlocked at level 100)
Buffed NULL a lot
Added a grounded effect when close enough to all land bosses (flyer bosses do not have this effect)
All destroyers will never spawn below a certain level now
Nulls summoning token now requires an absolute unstable core fragment (can be crafted in the eternal chaos workbench and is unlocked manually at level 100)

Added a destroyer thorny dragon variant (piggy backs off of vanilla thorny dragons and micro raptors)
