FIXES:
NULL now spawns at the servers max level when summoned
Darksun now spawns at the servers max level when summoned
Darksun Prime now spawns at the servers max level when summoned
Starbreaker now spawns at the servers max level when summoned
Chaos chest piece now has the proper durability (7680)
Fixed a crash when you rolled a specific augmented featherlight
Fixed an issue where when you leave the game or when the server restarts when you join back any forge in the mod appears to have no engrams until you pick the forge up and place it back down

CHANGES:
All modded tranq darts now do 2x more torpor
Omni barrage attack now spawns less explosions in an attempt to make the attack less laggy (does not affect the damage output of the attack)
