Eternal Chaos

FIXES:
Fixed all unfert eggs (some fertilized eggs still might not spawn the right dino)
Fixed the eggs kibbles need to be crafted
Fixed destroyers not giving destroyer blood or hide when harvested
Fixed apex reapers having an overlay material by default
Fixed the eclipse direbear not being able to have the eclipse direbear saddle equipped
Fixed not being able to access a knocked out reaper kings inventory in the wild -credit to zythara for helping me figure this one out
Fixed some eclipse dinos not laying the right fertilized eggs
Added the apex mammoth saddle into the eternal chaos workbench

Lowered normal megatherium spawn chance
Raised mystic and void megatherium spawn chance

Raised Apex Mystic eclipse anti-matter dark-matter and unstable rex spawn chances
Raised mystic sarco spawns
Buffed apex mystic eclipse void and chaos tools should now harvest up to 5x normal amounts
Buffed the advanced eternal chaos forge (now crafts 4 ingots at a time at 30x normal speed)
