Sole Survivor Assistance Items and Resource grinding Structures

- Added notes to different items with instructions how to use them, because the description of those items became to large.
- "Dino Whistle" now has a Whistle sound on use. Your actions will not go unnoticed within enemy territory. As well, Dino cannot be summoned, if mission doesn't allow to deploy other Dinos.

- Added new item "Crystal Lenses" attachment for the default Spyglass. When this attachment is equipped, Spyglass can show nearby Explorer Note. Keep Spyglass equipped that an effect, sound and distance would guide you to the Note location.
- Added new item "Professional Lens" attachment for the default Photocamera. While equipped, use key "PageUp" (D-PadUp on gamepad) to get a random or key "PageDown" (D-PadDown on gamepad) to get the next Photography Assignment. The Photographer will be rewarded, if a specific assignment is completed.
- Added new structure "3D Construction Printer". This structure replicates a sample of a building element, placed inside (walls, floors, foundations etc).
- Added new structure "Structure Monitoring Device". This object repairs building blocks in a predefined range (requires resources in structure inventory to do so). As well it can close doors in a range and trigger lights (on/off) by demand.
