Energy Rifle (Crossplay)

With this mod you get a powerfull energy rifle to fill the gap between the assault rifle and the Tek-Rifle.

The rifle is balanced arround vanilla and can be crafted with it's ammonition at level 72 in the fabricator.

This is my first mod, so please consider that there might be a few things that are not well done or adjusted.
