Adds a new structure "Emmuss Industrial Cooker" that is capable of crafting more than 10 items at a time. Water tank capacity is increased to 500000 and crafting consumption reduced to 10, so that should be plenty. Kibble bulk crafting can start.
Unlocks at 89, just as the regual Industrial Cooker nothing else tweaked, only water consumption and water storage.
