Adds an automatic 140 FPS client cap as a workaround for reported high-FPS movement issues. Checks the cap once per second and reapplies it only when changed. Includes existing Armory cosmetics and Explorer Unlock Token. This is a client-side workaround, not a fix to the underlying movement bug.
This mod has no additional files
