hopefully fixed:
- atlantis dino spawns
- invisible ocean
- deep water killing issue
- consoles crashing upon spawning in europe
- player spawns being inside rocks
- corrupt materials

other changes:
- added more foliage
- touched up part of central africa with new waterfalls and a river.
