Early Game Protection (Cross-Platform)

Add a "Respawn Protection" buff. This is added to players when they respawn after death. It reduces the damage taken by the player by between 1 and 100% (configurable) for x seconds (also configurable). There is also options to enable or disable player's outgoing damage while protected, and whether or not to continue to apply this respawn buff once the main early-game buff has expired.
