Draconic Chronicles (Crossplay) (Dragons, Wyverns and other Draconic Creatures)

## Fixes:
- Collector no gathers more then the storage limit should allow.
- Wild Flameforge Dragon no longer shows a option to turn on/off smelting.
- Wallet can no longer be stolen by that annoying bird that steals things.
- Fixed version display no longer loading.

## Changes:
- Made spawn map littlebit more accurate.
- In order to fix the Shadow Wyvern drain aura bugging out after a server reboot it has been changed to the following: after 10 buff stacks you get another buff that lasts for 30 seconds, after these 30 seconds you will need another kill in order to regain the drain aura buff.

## Balancing:

### Flameforge Dragon:
- Gained faster flying turning radius when not sprinting.
- While flying it is no longer afraid of getting close to the ground.
- Realised they are able to defend themself.
