Commissioned Mod

Dino's can only be tamed after their license has been unlocked. The license can be player crafted and has a cooldown, as specified in the config. The number of dinos unlocked per license is controlled by a seperate config as well. Dinos unlocked as chosen at random from all naturally spawning dinos on the current map.
