Highlights:

Fixes, polish, and mod compat oh my!

Changelog:

- Added compatibility for B+ Propogator/Prosperer to send eggs to the Depot Terminal.
- Added Magmasaur to intrinsically known "egg steal" dinos list.
- Adjusted detection of mission dinos to better abide mission dino capture/release.
- Aquatic Chamber can now be seen as being "under water".
- Capture/Release now call GameMode cryo event dispatchers (mod compat stuff).
- Dino info cache syncing is now indicated by a buff icon making it clear when DD is syncing data between server/client.
- Capturing a dino now correctly updates the dino info cache.
- Depot Pad capture range indicator now better matches actual capture range.
- Gene storage now better handles trait compatibility checks.
