Changelog:

- Fixed a bug allowing the Terminal to be invulnerable.
- Auto-capture range indicator has been made more opaque.
- Fixed Skip Titan Download not working for Ice and Forest titans.
- Fixed Kill All filtering out all dinos when obey search is on but the search is empty.
- Dino info caches are no longer eagerly populated by known dino types list.
- Digitizer no longer relies on vanilla hit registration, instead relying on its own traces. This should fix the "double shot" bug.
