Highlights:

Some fixes, more to come later.

Changelog:

- Invalid icons retrieved from cache now trigger a re-cache.
- Side panel is now completely using the new terminal detection method, this should be vastly more consistent at tying a sidebar to the terminal being used (or not if interaction is not initiated at one).
- Species names on Dinoballs should now show without a/an articles attached.
- Fixed colour regions and ids on Dinoball tooltips.
- Fixed "Obey Search" option with an empty search including nothing.
- Fixed special case dino handling for many things.
- Fixed dino behaviours not being restored on release (including neuter/spay state).
- Confirm Kill All dialog should now surface a virtual cursor.
- Hopefully resolved capturing babies with a Digitizer; This one doesn't occur in kit making it difficult to be certain when writing changelogs.
- Dino ids in logs should no longer be formatted as standard numeric values with grouping.
