Changelog:

- Fixed a bug causing some in-game settings to fail to persist
- Fixed a bug where setting recovery multipliers via ui were all applied to health
- Fixed a bug where saddles and hats were not simultaneously persisting
- Added a button to the in-game settings UI to reset to defaults (requires game/server restart to take effect)
- Fixed the `BlockInGameSettings` option not being loaded correctly

If you encountered issues after enabling in-game settings in the previous update, please use the reset button in the settings ui.
